Free Support is offered via our Support Forum. The author of RailControl and also users of RailControl try to help there. Sometimes it takes a while until you get a response. And sometimes it is possible that a problem can not be solved.
If you wish a prompt processing of a problem with RailControl, we like to do this, but we will charge our work via the company Teddy Engineering GmbH. We support you over the internet (i.e. with Zoom) or in Switzerland also on site.
